• Identity Data (KYC): Government ID, proof of address, and tax information collected solely through our compliance partner (DigiShares/KoreID). We do not store sensitive ID documents directly on our servers.
• Blockchain Data: Wallet addresses (Hedera Account IDs) and transaction history associated with the Platform. Note that this data is publicly visible on the ledger.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and secure our Services.
• To comply with legal obligations (SEC regulations, AML/CFT laws).
• To distribute royalty payments and tax forms (e.g., Form 1099/K-1).
• To communicate updates about your investments or the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Identity verification (KoreID), payment processing, and cloud hosting.
• Legal Authorities: If required by subpoena or law enforcement investigation.

6. Blockchain Immutability

Please note that data written to the Hedera Hashgraph (such as transaction records linked to your Wallet ID) creates an immutable record that cannot be deleted or altered.
